Do you offer home visits for local patients?
Yes. For NDIS participants and elderly patients with severe mobility restrictions living in our immediate neighboring suburbs, we can arrange mobile physiotherapy home visits. Please call our reception to discuss availability.
Is public transport available near the clinic?
Yes, we are highly accessible via public transport. The Modbury Interchange (O-Bahn) is just a short distance away, and several local bus routes stop right along Smart Road and nearby North East Road.
Do I need a doctor’s referral to book an appointment?
No, you do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist as a private patient. You can simply call us or book online. However, a GP referral is required if you are claiming under Medicare (EPC), ReturnToWorkSA, MVA, or Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA).
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring any relevant medical documents, such as X-rays, MRI scans, or GP referral letters. We also recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing so your physiotherapist can easily assess the area causing you pain.
Can I request a male or female physiotherapist?
